Yes! Our Stingrays swimming lessons are the perfect place to start for those who aren’t confident in the water and wish to learn how to swim. You can read more about our swimming lessons over on our dedicated Stingrays page.

Whether you prefer early morning swims or enjoy swimming to wind down at the end of a busy day, we have you covered! Our pools are open between 6 am – 9 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am – 7:30 pm on Weekends. Please see our pool schedule for times when the pool may have limited availability due to swimming lessons or aqua fitness classes.

Of course, if solo swimming is not for you, we have a wide range of water-based fitness classes which would be perfect for you. Our classes include:
