Sean Thornton – My Blog

Sean Thornton - my journey 3-1-5 Health ClubOver the next few weeks, in this blog, I will be sharing my life’s journey of the last twelve months. A journey of healing and enlightenment which started on the 26th October 2018.

Thankfully this part of my journey concluded positively on the 29th October 2019.

Who am I?

I am Director/Owner of 3-1-5 Health Club in Lancaster having spent more than 30 years working in the health and fitness industry. I have always had a passion for educating and motivating people about the benefits and enjoyment of active living.  The acquisition and major refurbishment of a former Total Fitness site in my home town was a great opportunity for me. Furthermore an opportunity which enabled me to get involved locally inspiring the local community in my goal of  positively changing peoples lives.

In 2013 3-1-5 Health Club was launched. After 6 years of extreme struggles and lack of financial stability in the business, we finally got on the right track and have gone from strength to strength. We are the most unique and progressive club in the UK, showcasing the revolutionary X-Force Machines and Training Concept. For thousands of people of all ages and abilities, 3-1-5 is now an active hub of the community.
