3-1-5 Team Member of the Month – Lucie Corney
This Month our superstar is Lucie from our Front of house team. As one of the youngest members of staff, Lucie has really grown in confidence and taken on lots of extra responsibilities and doing so well!

3-1-5 Academy Member of the Month – Julie Merrill
Julie joined us at the start of the 8 Week Fat Loss challenge and not only did she achieve fantastic results but she has been incredibly supportive to other Academy members and is a joy to coach.

3-1-5 Class Member of the Month – Eve Henty
Eve is a regular class attender and someone who always gives her all. No matter what the class Eve is always there giving it a go with a smile on her face. Eve is always a pleasure to have in classes.

3-1-5 Stingray of the Month – Lexi Lowder
Lexi has battled with putting her eyes in the water since her swimming journey began, the fear always winning out despite her hard work and determination! Since moving up, Lexi through perseverance has succeeded in her efforts and is going from strength to strength
Lexi, we couldn’t be prouder!
3-1-5 Racquets Member of the Month – Gaz and Russ
Team 3-1-5 ventured to the Isle of man open and made it to the semi-finals with two players, Gaz Hammond and Russell Lambert.
Well done lads. Keep boasting.
3-1-5 MYZONE Member of the Month – Gemma Passmore
For coming back from injury with a fabulous attitude and completing a sponsored cycle where she rode for 32 hours burning over 3200 MEPS.
Well Done Gemma – awesome effort
Lean Body Systems Member of the Month – Emma Robinson
Despite suffering a broken rib 3 weeks before North Englands Strongest Women Competition, Emma had trained so hard, she was determined to compete.
Completing the 90Kg Atlas stone onto a 4ft platform was mad but totally inspiring.
Well done Emma!

High energy motivational instructors and invigorating music make this stationary bike class a must for everyone looking for a fun cardio workout. Get your heart beating and blood pumping to burn some serious calories:
