It is with great pleasure we welcome two new shining stars to the 3-1-5 Instructor team……
Firstly Natasha who brings a wealth of experience with childrens classes and entertainment!
Natasha’s reputations preceeds her and there has already been a lot of excitement about our new addition to the family!
When does Natasha start?
We are pleased to announce that Natasha will be starting her classes w/c 18th February.
During this week two additional classes will be put on during the day for our young members to pop along to meet her and see what her classes are all about.
Monday 18th February
10.30am – 11.30am Open session 4yrs + (Monday 18th Feb only)
5.15pm – 5.45pm ‘Bootcamp Boogie‘ (4yrs – 7yrs)
A fun filled session to keep the kids busy with a workout that’s just for them! Action packed fun, building skills and keeping fit.
5.45pm – 6.30pm ‘Fun Fitness’ (8yrs+)
An active and fun session to help improve kids fitness levels and agility, whilst boosting self confidence and making new friends.
Wednesday 20th February
9.30am – 10.15am Open session 4yrs+ (Wednesday 20th Feb only)
5.15pm – 5.45pm ‘Young Healthy Hearts’ (4yrs – 7yrs)
A high energy, fun fitness class that will improve cardiovascular fitness and build a healthy heart and healthy habits to last a lifetime!
6pm – 6.45pm ‘Kids on the Move’ (8yrs+)
You can expect lots of jumping, running, moving, and lots of laughter whilst your child develops cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength though fun games and exercise!
There will be adult classes on whilst your child/children are having a fabulous time being active with Natasha which means……. there’s no excuse for you not to come along and join in one of the classes running alongside these sessions.
Our next warm welcome goes to ‘Sam’.
With 14 years experience in the fitness industry, Sam is always keen to explore all avenues of health, fitness and sports performance. Competing at a high level in multiple disciplines.
passion for fitness however, is something he enjoys the most when Coaching

The fitness required to be a boxer is second to none, but the results achieved via the training aren’t just for competitive boxers. You can also be fighting fit.
Sam will be returning from Monday 18th February to teach Box Circuits at 7.30pm – 8.30pm.
This class is the opportunity to utilise boxing training methods, get the ultimate full body workout, get fighting fit, in a safe and fun way.
