What is Kids Yoga ?
Kids Yoga (5-11) – Playful, creative, and calming, this class introduces children to yoga through movement, breath, and imagination. Kids will stretch, balance, and strengthen their bodies while exploring fun poses, mindful games, and simple relaxation techniques. Each session is designed to build confidence, focus, and body awareness in a supportive, non-competitive environment
