⚽ World Cup Offers Are Coming to the Club!
The countdown to the World Cup is on, and we’re bringing the excitement of the tournament into the club with a unique promotion that gives members the chance to unlock exclusive offers throughout the competition.
How It Works
We’ve selected 14 of the tournament’s biggest teams, with a special club offer assigned to each nation.
On match days, you’ll see the participating teams’ flags and corresponding offers displayed around the club and on our social media channels.
If a team wins their match, their offer becomes available for the next 24 hours.
Because kick-off times vary throughout the tournament, the 24-hour activation period ensures everyone has a fair opportunity to take advantage of the winning team’s offer.
With multiple matches taking place, there may be days when several offers are available at once—or none at all—adding an extra layer of anticipation and excitement to every matchday.

As we approach the Summer Solstice, join us for a rejuvenating workshop focused on one of the most important parts of your body—your spine.
This workshop is designed to help improve mobility, build strength, release tension and encourage greater freedom of movement through mindful exercises and practical exploration.
You’ll Explore:
Forward bends, backbends, twists and side bends
Spinal strength, stability and flexibility
Common causes of back tension and discomfort
Simple modifications suitable for all abilities
What You’ll Take Away
You’ll leave with greater body awareness, practical tools to support your movement, and a renewed sense of freedom and support in your back.

💪 Young at Heart Lifts (60+)
It’s never too late to get stronger.
Young at Heart Lifts is an 8-week small-group strength training programme designed specifically for adults aged 60 and over.
Using simple free-weight exercises in a friendly and supportive environment, you’ll learn safe lifting techniques while improving:

When: Wednesdays, 1:45pm – 2:30pm

💙 Assisting GLP-1 – 6 Week Course
Using GLP-1 medication and looking to maximise your results?
Our Assisting GLP-1 programme is a small-group coaching course designed to help you build healthy habits alongside your weight loss journey.
Led by Bethany in our private SWEAT Studio, you’ll receive expert guidance, support and accountability every step of the way.
What’s Included?
Small groups (maximum 6 participants)
Beginner-friendly exercise sessions
Confidence and consistency building
Support to achieve 200 minutes of activity per week
Optional SECA body scans before and after the programme
