The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 or 45 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room. exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

Yes, instructors will guide through what each exercise is and weight selection you should be using. Body Pump instructors provide options to suit everyone. It’s a good idea to start with really light weights or even just a bar. Start slowly with just one to two classes a week and build up from four or five tracks to a full class. You’ll find your fitness and strength improve over a number of sessions.

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. During the class you’ll use a weight bar and weight plates and a step which will be provided.
