Location: Mind and Body Studio

Start your day with a Sunrise Yoga class to awaken your mind body and soul for the day ahead. Combining breath and movement we will flow through Sun salutations and Yoga postures to truly stretch and open the body resulting in increased strength, flexibility and coordination. We will finish with a guided meditation to set intentions for the day ahead leaving you feeling positive, centred and calm.
