3 1 5 Timetable

Location: Spinning Studio

Trainers: James, Marian, Katherine, Sarah, Emma

Spinning Stretch is a high-intensity cycling cardio workout. You’ll spend the first 45-minutes on the Spin bike climbing and sprinting to great music to keep you energized! The last 15 minutes of class will be spent doing specific stretches aimed at the muscle groups used.
