The duration of SpinHIIT is shorter than a regular spin class, this type of training is high intensity interval training and is a fantastic way to burn calories and maximise the fat burn. Your instructor will take you through different training protocols and use hills, sprints and periods of recovery to give you an effective, energising workout in a shorter space of time.
