SpartanFit Is 3-1-5 ‘s NEW outdoor bootcamp. Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-blasting workout, using the traditional Boot Camp style approach. Combining strength and cardio stations designed for a full body workout. Get the body you deserve, its never too late to feel great.

SpartanFit is geared toward all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced.

Whatever the weather this class is on!!! (Unless it’s a storm) Dress for the weather, layers which you can add or remove when needed.
