LOST 82CM , 4.5% BODY FAT = 6.3KG OF BODY FAT!

“So just over 8 weeks ago I reluctantly decided to sign up to the X-Force Academy, possibly the best decision I could have made.

Never in all my 26 years on earth have I stuck at something and actually achieved results. Since joining the Academy 8 weeks ago I have lost 82cm all over!

My biggest fear joining the Academy was that every person was going to be super fit and I wouldn’t be able to keep up.  But the classes are full of people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels and all motivate each other to make the best out of a brutal situation!

You certainly have to be in the right mind set and for me there were two options, remain the same or make a change. Diet is obviously a huge factor but learning from Lee from the outset what I should and shouldn’t be eating made it easier, with a little assistance from My Fitness Pal who kept me on track along the way.

There’s no shortcut or secret diet to replace hard work, but I’m chuffed to bits with my results so far and cant wait to keep going and see what I can achieve in another 8 weeks with the academy! Thanks so much to all the lovely team & trainers.”

This past few weeks has changed the way I relate to activity and I now cannot imagine not integrating exercise into my week. My strength and fitness is improving and I feel mentally in a better place. I only regret that it has taken me such a long time to finally commit to something.

LOST 2.7KG OF BODY FAT IN 8 WEEKS!

Helena lost 3.5kg of body weight and 2.7kg of body fat which equated to 2.9% of her body weight Helena also lost 8cm around her waist alone!

Helena was awarded female winner of the 8 week challenge which concluded in September 2018 and continues to inspire Academy members with her great results.

Richard’s fantastic results after 12 weeks in the X-Force Academy! 13 pounds of fat lost!

“Losing weight is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done and really struggled by myself. Ever since joining the academy, I’ve made phenomenal progress!

In just 12 weeks I’ve managed to lose 6kg of fat and at the same time, substantially increase muscle mass! None of this was easy but the guidance and support of these world class trainers kept me on track, accountable, and greatly accelerated my results in all areas!

LOST 13KG OF BODY WEIGHT!

‘In December 2017 I weighed in at just 100kg which means I have lost over 13kg in body weight, my fat percentage has reduced from around 25% to 18%. I have lost almost 80cm in total and over 13cm around my waist and 10cm around my NECK😮😮.

None of this would have been possible without the support of the Academy team (Ben, Jenn and Lee) but also my fellow Academy members……what a great crowd and I thank you all
