FitCore Reformer
FitCore Reformer is a pre-choreographed reformer class based on classical Pilates positions. It focuses on your powerhouse muscles—glutes, abdominals, and inner thighs—to help stabilise and control movements. FitCore Reformer is great for building core strength, flexibility, mobility, and stamina. Taught at a faster pace, every class follows the same format, ensuring you can practise and perfect your technique.
Reformer Pilates
This class uses all of the Pilates principles combined with traditional exercises to create a mindful, balanced workout. Taught at a slower pace, you’ll experience the full benefits of reformer Pilates, including improved strength, flexibility, and mobility.
