Here at 3-1-5 we are making some system changes to create a platform that is fit for the future. These changes will enable us to improve the service we offer to you and all our members.

What does this mean for you?

As a first step we will be moving our Direct Debit provider, and so this means a new Direct Debit instruction will appear on your bank account. Previously your fees were collected under the name 315/XForce, however, over the coming weeks this will change to Clubwise.

Do you need to do anything?

No, nothing else will be changing in relation to your payments. Your membership fee and the date we collect your Direct Debit will remain the same.

In due course we will also cancel the 315/XForce instruction so no duplicate payments will be collected.

We are really looking forward to making more improvements to the services we offer.
