As I’m sure you are aware following yesterday’s government announcement Lancashire and Cumbria will be in Tier 4, meaning we have to close the club until further notice. This is heartbreaking and certainly not how we anticipated starting 2021.
Firstly we would just like to thank everyone for your support and compliance to our safe practice and protocols since reopening in July. It has been a pleasure to see everyone using the club safely and with great enthusiasm and we share everyone’s disappointment that we have to temporarily close.
We will be tackling this in the same way as before we have taken the decision to freeze all memberships from today until we can re-open our doors again.
So please do not worry you will not miss out.
At 3-1-5 Health Club we care greatly about continuing to support your fitness journey and want to assure you that we will be doing everything we can to support you as much as we possible during this time.
We would also like to thank you all for the messages and emails we have received over the last two days, we are truly overwhelmed and humbled by the level of support and care you all have for our team and for the amazing Club and community we have created at 3-1-5. We really wouldn’t be here without you all, and we’re honoured to have such amazing people as part of the 3-1-5 family.
We want to do all we can to ensure the longevity of 3-1-5 so that we can continue to be at the heart of so many people’s lives for many years to come. Recent events in other clubs in the area have shown how difficult it can be to for clubs to survive in this current climate, particularly if you are a small family run business such as 3-1-5.
Staying active and keeping up good fitness habits remains essential to maintaining both mental and physical wellbeing, and is the best way to create and maintain a healthy body to fight the effects of COVID-19. Therefore over the coming weeks we will be supporting you with a variety of online tools to help you.
If you don’t already, please follow our Facebook page as this has a whole portfolio of lockdown workouts we created and saved during the last lockdown, see here, we will also be adding lots more LIVE and PRE-RECORDED sessions over the coming few weeks.
On your Fitsense app we already have a fantastic VIRTUAL timetable but we will be working hard over the next few days to add even more to this we will be in touch early next week with our NEW 2021 virtual Timetable.
Also on the FitSense members app we will also be posting home workouts, created by our gym manager Lee, these are mini training sessions that you can do in the comfort of your own home, choose your own reps and if you go off body weight or add a little bit of something extra to the session. There’s step by step videos on the app to show you exactly how to do each move.

Each week we will also send over our weekly newsletter to keep you up to date with everything club related, but also including things like; nutrition tips, recipes and other advice to help you during this challenging time.
We will of course keep you fully updated so you know exactly when our club is re-opening. Although the club will have to close its doors for now, we are certainly all still here, and working hard to ensure that you stay healthy and active, so don’t lose sight of your goals!

Over the coming weeks we have 1 GOAL and that is to stay connected, supporting and inspiring each other the 3-1-5 Way! Building a healthy active strong community! Together we will help each other and support all of our AMAZING members! And together we will come out of our collective hibernation revived & re-energised and raring to go. It’s in our DNA.
