I have real love of fitness, from competing in athletics competitions, football and rounders at schoo,l to watching pretty much every sport there is on TV. I live for the Olympic years and can’t bear to miss watching my favourite Cherry & Whites smashing it on the Rugby pitch.

I am always up for doing crazy challenges, in the past I have done triathlons, mud runs, 1/2 marathons, Keswick to Barrow walks, ridiculously long swims in Windermere. I also completed a London to Paris bike ride and the Bournemouth Marathon’!

Marian - Group Fitness Manager

Marian Love

Marian is the Group Fitness Manager at 3-1-5 and is also part of the original team who began with the organisation when its doors opened in May 2013.

Marian’s passion for Group Exercise began whilst she was training to become a professional dancer and as part of Marian’s responsibilities she instructs regular classes including Body Balance, Spinning and Body Pump.

Her experience has led her into various challenges and opportunities, all complementing one another, to provide her with the skills and knowledge to deliver a one-of-a-kind Group Exercise Programme that reflects her personal philosophy, which is – ‘To inspire and motivate people to change their lives for the better’.

KJ Dixon - Performance Manager

KJ Dixon

Performance Manager

KJ is an original of 3-1-5, living and breathing the industry since she could walk, competing at a National Level in Swimming and achieving a Sports Development Degree as a stepping stone into her career.

The word ‘Inspire’ is prominent for KJ in her personal and work life. There’s no higher bar than the one that she sets, and you can see this here at 3-1-5 through the growth and execution of our fitness team performance delivered in programmes, classes and personal training alongside our flourishing Stingray Swim School, changing the movement of swimming lessons and paving a new way within the industry.

“I cannot sit still in life, always looking for the next challenge, the next development, how I personally and we as a company can do better each and every single day. Working and motivating individuals to help them succeed within their roles, crashing down barriers and overcoming any obstacles we may face”.

Swimming Manager

Hannah Hayes

Stingrays Manager

I believe that when a child is swimming, the current practice should always direct us on how to proceed with the next, and that swimming lessons should always be child-led, whilst still respecting the water and building a positive relationship with it.

I have been in the water since I was 2 years old, being part of swimming and water polo teams. I have a massive love for the water, and I have a huge passion for that love for the water to be seen and explored by all children for themselves.

I have experience with Baby and Preschool lessons, school-aged lessons, and adult lessons, and I love seeing the magic in each person come out when what they’re learning starts to make sense, no matter their age or stage.
