Lee has been with 3-1-5 since its doors opened in May 2013 and is an X-Force Master Trainer specializing in negative training.

Lee Personal Trains aswell as managing the Fitness team and running the results driven X-Force Small Group Training Academy including regular 8 week body transformation challenges for both members and the community.

By utilizing the revolutionary X-Force Machines and his 13 years of experience in the industry, Lee helps people reach their physical potential and change their lives for the better.

Johnny is an experienced Personal Trainer with a background in fitness, health club management, and group exercise.

“You must be willing at any moment to sacrifice what you are, for what you will become”. A mantra Johnny lives by, leaving behind a career in commercial Health Club Management to pursue his passion of delivering 1:1 and group coaching whilst gaining further education and knowledge in the field from industry leading experts.

Ben is a level 3 personal trainer with a background in college level sport and progressive education of the fitness industry. He believes knowledge of human performance is necessary for all aspects of training whether for a lifestyle change or for athletic performance. Ben loves to train individuals that are at the start of their training journey whether returning to fitness or beginning today. ‘We can learn so much about ourselves when we physically challenge ourselves. Finding your strengths and your weaknesses will empower you to do great things’.

Wilk is an ambitious Personal Trainer starting his career at 3-1-5, with the variety of classes he teaches making up his main contribution of trying to help and positively influence gym and X-Force Academy members.

‘For me, I find true content in pushing my body past previously set boundaries, and utilizing the benefits that come with being active, and conscious about good nutrition and sleep. Putting yourself in mentally and physically uncomfortable situations, such as intense physical training, will only lead to a stronger and better developed version of yourself.

I have always had a love for doing physical activities: resistance training, boxing and kick boxing, yoga and running being those I’ve put the most time into, but having recently started swimming it’s quickly becoming a favourite of mine.

Drew has been with us at 3-1-5 for 2 years working closely with members to offer support and education on our X-Force machines, either in a class environment or 1:1 sessions.

Drew offers personal training as well as teaching both gym and academy classes, maintains the gym equipment, and inductions and scans for new and established members of the gym.

Drew believes in the importance of good mental health and the benefits of exercise in achieving that, He is focused on improving client’s self-esteem, confidence and self-worth whilst also improving their fitness and strength.​
