So here we are again….. Lockdown 3.0

As always we will be here for you you throughout this third and hopefully final lockdown!

We know lockdowns are tough for all of our members, whether that’s physically, emotionally, mentally or financially, and for some people a combination of all 4, and we want to be here to help you get through this testing time.

So what have we got for you?

Well our Facebook page has over 120 pre-recorded workouts saved in the library including a range of classes from mobility and Flexibility to Circuits, Young at Heart, Strength and 3-1-5 Barre.

Also each Saturday morning our team will be coming together through the miracle of technology to team teach a class live to you all. This will be a fun class for all the family with each instructor taking the reins to teach a different ability level. This weeks class will be live on a facebook at 9am and will feature Sandie, Ben and Johnny teaching a HIIT style session.

FITSENSE

This week we have been busy updating our Fitsense app with a new virtual timetable, this is now bursting with exciting classes by your favourite instructors, including  Zumba and Fitsteps, Yoga, Body Balance and Pilates, Tabata and Legs Bums and Tums and many more.

For those of you who are lucky enough to own some equipment, we also have Shred, Spin and a variety of Strength classes too.

Also via your FitSense app we have created a home Amrap (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout, just checkout your workouts section on the app to give this a try.
