A HIIT session that will run in 45s bursts with 15s rest each round switching between Bagwork and bodyweight exercises. 30 rounds of intense work that’s guaranteed to push you to your limits.

During this class, you will experience our high intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body specifically designed to make you rain sweat!!! Each class brings it’s own unique challenge. Come join our fun, fitness and lots of sweat!
