3-1-5 Barre is a 45 minute body work-out developed and inspired by a ballet and pilates style background. This class lengthens, strengthens, tones and stretches the body from top to toe and inside out.
Shreddy circuits is a fast moving weighted and body weight circuit training routine using all muscle groups. 3/4 exercises for 30 seconds for 3 sets. The aim is to lift as heavy as you can to get a training effect. Lots of standing and floor work mixed together to give a whole body workout.
