3-1-5 Barre is a 45 minute body work-out developed and inspired by a ballet and pilates style background. This class lengthens, strengthens, tones and stretches the body from top to toe and inside out.

Shreddy Circuits

Shreddy circuits is a fast moving weighted and body weight circuit training routine using all muscle groups. 3/4 exercises for 30 seconds for 3 sets. The aim is to lift as heavy as you can to get a training effect. Lots of standing and floor work mixed together to give a whole body workout.

Functional Force

A 45 minute workout for all levels combining our exclusive X-Force machines with cardio training. This is a challenging and exciting cardiovascular endurance class that enables you to improve your stamina and strength as well as burn some serious calories.

Pushy Parents

Pushy Parents is specifically designed for postnatal mums who wish to exercise and socialise with their babies. Please make sure your GP/ Midwife has completed your 6 week Check before commencing a class. This Class is held outdoor, weather permitting. Babies come to, so no need for childcare. This class consists of power walking/running intervals with the buggies and circuit style exercises using exercise bands as resistance to work the whole body.
