Flow. A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.

This 30 minute class is designed to tone and strengthen the muscles of the abdominals and back. Theses muscles should both be strengthened to keep the spine in proper alignment, therefore reducing the risk of injury during other daily activities

Rejuvenate and shape your body, challenge yourself mentally and physically. This class will help to strengthen those muscles whilst improving posture and increasing flexibility for the goodness of your general health and well being

SwimFit are our coached sessions, looking at a variety of swim sets in the pool. This class is adaptable for any swimmer and great way to keep fit and active in the pool.

Vinyasa Yoga

The term vinyasa means “to place with intention”. In a vinyasa style class, we aim to mindfully move our bodies at the pace of the breath. This class is an introduction to the vinyasa style and will incorporate fundamental yoga postures into the sun salutation, moving at a slow, steady pace to get used to the flow. Expect a strong emphasis on developing a steady breath and to move continuously, with brief holds in postures. A good all round class which is suitable for those who are fairly new to yoga and those who want to develop their knowledge and understanding of yoga.

Fit Mums

Learn the optimal movements to strengthen your body post pregnancy. This is a great opportunity to meet other Mums who can keep you motivated after a broken night’s sleep. Led by a pregnancy and post-natal specialist this class will educate and empower you with the most up to date movements and techniques. You will be able to take the knowledge outside of the class to enhance your results. No need for childcare as you take your little one along with you. (Charge for non-members)
